Launch preview. Purchases and entries are not open. Final official rules will be published before opening.

Current status

Purchases and promotional entries are not open. This page explains the planned Ride Ready Kit offer and Canyon Aeroad promotion; it is not the final official promotion rules or an invitation to submit an entry.

Tri Core Apparel is operated by Alveryon LLC, Texas, United States. Contact: tricoreapparel@gmail.com.

The Ride Ready Kit

The planned product is the TCA Ride Ready Kit at $40 USD, paid once. It includes an editable Excel workbook, a six-page PDF quick-start guide and getting-started notes, supplied as a ZIP download. There is no subscription and no physical product is included in the kit purchase.

The workbook covers bike details, service history, ride planning, upgrade budgeting and resale notes. It is designed for desktop spreadsheet use and contains no macros. Google Sheets and mobile compatibility have not been verified. It is an organisation tool; follow the bicycle manufacturer’s instructions and qualified maintenance advice.

Any applicable tax will be shown before payment. The proposed purchase includes one promotional entry, subject to the final official rules. The bicycle is a promotional prize, not the product being purchased.

Who can enter

The proposed minimum age is 18, or the higher age required in an eligible location. The final official rules will specify the eligible countries, states or regions, entry limits and excluded participants before the promotion opens.

Worldwide access to this website does not establish worldwide eligibility. Do not submit an entry until the final rules confirm that you are eligible.

The bicycle

The proposed prize is one Canyon Aeroad CFR Di2. The final model year, frame size, components, condition, accessories, approximate retail value and delivery arrangements will appear in the official rules before entry opens. Site images introduce the proposed bicycle and do not replace the final specification.

Purchase route and entry question

When available, eligible customers can choose the $40 kit, answer the cycling question, provide their details and complete a one-time payment through Stripe Checkout. The planned flow issues a kit order and one promotional entry only after payment is confirmed.

The cycling question is a qualifying entry requirement. The winner is selected randomly; answering the question does not convert the promotion into a judged skill competition.

The total allocation is 750 entries across both purchase and free online entries combined. The per-person limit and full entry conditions will be stated in the final rules before opening.

Equal free online entry

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

The planned free route is online through the free-entry page. Answer the same cycling question, complete the same eligibility and contact details, and accept the final official rules. No payment details or product purchase are required.

Both routes provide one promotional entry per successful submission, subject to the same final per-person limit. All eligible entries form a single pool with equal treatment in the random selection. The digital kit is included only with a kit purchase. Free submissions will open with the promotion; no postal submission is required.

Dates and deadline

The planned entry deadline is September 27, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EDT; America/New_York). That is September 28 at 01:00 UTC.

The opening date, any deadline for starting or completing a payment, and the winner-selection date and time remain to be confirmed in the official rules before entries open. The planned closing date does not mean that the promotion is currently open or that the winner will be drawn at that time.

Draw and winner

The proposed selection service is RandomDraws.com. One winner would be selected randomly from the complete eligible entry list, including purchase and free online entries. Odds depend on the final number of eligible entries.

The final official rules will set out selection, verification, notification, the claim period, alternate-winner procedures and any cancellation arrangements. Past winner names and prizes shown on this website are supplied by TCA and relate to previous promotions.

Digital delivery and refunds

The planned kit-delivery flow sends a download link to the email provided at checkout after Stripe confirms payment. The order-confirmation page also provides the download when available. Links expire after seven days; keep the downloaded files for your own use.

If delivery fails, a file is inaccessible or a duplicate charge appears, contact tricoreapparel@gmail.com with the receipt or order reference. Never send full card details by email.

The final refund and cancellation policy, including how refunds affect promotional entries, will be published before purchases open. This preview does not introduce a no-refund policy or exclude statutory rights. Prize delivery and any applicable winner obligations will be stated in the final promotion rules.

Charitable support

Charitable support is being considered. The recipient and contribution arrangements for this digital-product offer have not been finalized. No charitable partnership or endorsement is represented, and a kit purchase is a commercial purchase, not a donation.

Privacy and contact

During this launch preview: purchases and entry submissions are disabled. No checkout form data is submitted to TCA through this preview. Your browser may retain autofill data, and hosting services may process ordinary request and security logs. No added advertising or analytics scripts are used on this site.

Planned checkout processing: once enabled, the site will collect the name, email, country or region, cycling answer, age and rules confirmations needed to process the selected route. Payment references, order and entry records, delivery status and download-access records support fulfillment, entry administration and customer service.

Card details will be entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page. Resend will receive the email address and message details needed to deliver kit emails. The planned checkout uses this tab’s browser storage for an attempt reference and a fingerprint of submitted details to prevent duplicate requests; it does not store card information there.

A complete privacy notice, including applicable retention periods and rights, will be published before collection begins. For questions, contact tricoreapparel@gmail.com. Do not send sensitive identity documents or payment credentials unless a secure process has been arranged.
